This is real meat so it's no recommended for VEGETARIANS. No no gristle anywhere on the meat or pockets of fat either. the meat is very tender and juicy and crispy on the outside just like advertised. it is very meaty and it does not give you the feeling of like you're eating a chicken nugget for actual white meat. The taste is delicious and it is not highly salted. The price is great and the quantity inside the bag is extremely Fair! Tyson Crispy Chicken Breast Strips

These are as close as you can get to restaurant quality breaded strips. They are real chicken breast strips, tender and moist inside. The breading is seasoned just right. Recommended preparation is with an air fryer. My family has heated them using the air fryer and the microwave. They are good both ways, but the air fryer aids in making the breading come out crispy. Very convenient, because they're already fully cooked, so they just need to be heated before serving or eating.

Just the right amount of crispiness on the outside and juiciness on the inside. Whether you're preparing one piece or five pieces this is a good price for the amount that you're getting. Depending on your air fryer you may have to experiment with the times and temperatures just a little bit.
