Some assembly required!!!
The assembly instructions were awful-crammed into 1 page. There was no clarification regarding nuts and bolts and the diagram was a hodge pod of lines and graphics that made no sense. It ended up being hit or miss-trial and error. The 3 tools provided did not fit any bolts so I had to search my work bench for adequate tools. Assembly took WAY LONGER than it needed to and in the end we had x-tra washers and bolts that simply could not be identified. The product, on the other hand, is very high quality, sturdy, nicely painted, and I expect it will last a very long time. It maneuvers well and is great for saving your back when doing gardening or ground work. I even used it in the house to reorganize lower cupboards. The tires are 10 inch inflatable and move smoothly without destroying floors or decks. I would have given a 5 rating if it had decent assembly instructions. I recommend the product but you will definitely need a tranquilizer when you get to "some assembly required!"
