bought these resistance bands a few months back for some at home workouts and I can say that they definitely give you the resistance training you need! you can feel the burn in your booty after using them and they can be utilized in several different workouts. I like to do donkey kick backs on them. you can also use them with resistance bands for some crab walks and other gltue targeted workouts. I'm glad I bought them!
