the case is two pieces as shown however you cannot use the phone with this because the top part is not flush to the touch screen i even tried to use only the bottom half of the case but the phone simply falls out unfortunately i sent it back the only suitable ise for this is to package your phone for traveling (put in suitcase) and you wont be using it WAS A HUGE HASSLE TO RETURN
