Superb Customer Service!

My granddaughter wanted to get a locket for her mother (my daughter) for Christmas. I looked online and found three different lockets for her to choose from. She chose the 14K yellow gold filled oval locket from Walmart. I purchased this locket on her behalf and had it mailed directly to my granddaughter. When it arrived, the 18" gold filled chain was not included with the locket. Since it was only 10 days before Christmas, I immediately notified Picturesongold.com. I had a response from them within 24 hours!! They apologized and said they would mail out the missing chain as soon as possible. The chain arrived 5 days later! The customer service as exceptional and I will not hesitate to order again from Picturesongold.com!
