Love these boots! So much, I just ordered a black pair. A little memory foam would make them perfect but a cushion insole put in them will make it a little softer on the feet. The other thing that I love besides they look great on, is the thick lug sole which is great for sure footing in the snow. Fyi, the side of the boot that has a zipper, part way down but does not move ,is for decoration. Great boot for the price.
