Great product. I absolutely love all of Schwarzkopf's products. However, particular shade (10-21) "high lift color" will only lift about 2-3 shades, and I'll typically use their 12 series that can lift upwards of 4-5 levels of lift instead. So I give this one less star due to that fact. My regular shade 12-21 was out of stock and I didn't realize the 10 series doesn't lift as mucg and is mixing ratio of 1:1, instead of 1:2 come to find out😏
