Heavy duty, easy to clean!

I bought this specifically for prepping meat for my smoker. I am able to prep the meat and apply a rub and have the meat sit on the pan for a period of time in my fridge before I add the meat to the grill. The raised wire platform is great for allowing meats to properly dry and not sit in fluid.

The plastic is very hard to get off!!!!!!!!! I thought I had it all off the bottom pan and after washing in the dishwasher it was still on it. Had to rewash all my dishes!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't buy!!!!!!!!!!!!
