Bought an XS (what Walmart suggested) and a S. The size small fits better if I want to wear the skirt more at my waist line than high. I prefer to have a little more room to choose how high to wear a skirt. The material is satin like and light for hot weather. Beautiful green color. Can't wait to wear in fall!
