I must have looked at every GPU made. I went with the PNY because they make great products. This is a full height GPU while others at this price point are SFF ( small form factor ). Full size GPU's tend to have better cooling then the small ones. Other then that all Nvidia GPUs are pretty much the same. Nvidia makes all the chips used and they send them out to makers such as PNY. I have heard people call PNY GPUs budget cards in the past. This is not true. The 5070ti seems to be the sweet spot. While the 1080 is better I don't think it's worth the additional price for the small performance boost that you get. But it also depends on what you are using it for and your monitor resolution. For me its perfect. Buying from Dell was a no brainer for me. They have great support if you need it and they will price match so you will always get the best price. This was a big investment for me so it really matters.
