I BOUGHT A DIFFERENT BRAND AND IT WAS AWEFUL SO WENT BACK TO WAL MART TO BUY MY LASKO FAN. IT'S A GREAT PRODUCT AND LAST ALONG TIME. I HAVE ONE AND IT'S 5 YEARS OLD. IM A FAN FREAK AT NIGHT COME RAIN OR SHINE. I NEED MY FAN ON ALL NIGHT. THESE FANS ARE THE BEST! FAST DELIVERY IS A GREAT SERVICE TOO. I USE MINE IN THE BEDROOM AT NIGHT TO DROWN OUT THE NOISE OUT SIDE PLUS I LOVE SLEEPING WITH A FAN. FOR A PEACEFUL SLEEPS ITS NOT NOISEY OR ANYTHING , IT GREAT ALSO FOR MY PARAKEETS AND FUR BABY. I miss the days when they were 12 bucks, and you're taking a risk of you get them shipped to you, as the last two I bought have arrived bent, so the fans shimmies and shakes, BUT, we live by these! At night, we have them front to back, windows and doors, and vent out the house. In the summers we draw in the cool night air, spring airing out the house is a blessing, and just on hot days, circulating air is a blessing. I have 4 right now, and they are in each room. It provides white noise for tinitus, helps when the neighbors do their target practice and freak out our rescue dog who's scared of gunfire. So in the crate and fan on full to ease the noise pollution until they cease, and it eases his overheated panting, even with a thunder shirt, poor dude was a bait dog, so he has issues, the fan helps. So, yeah, this is a tool I fully believe in! Weather, noise, comfort, sleep, a must have at a great price.
