Great quality fabric with cotton. Nice warm and good thickness. Perfect length with joggers. These are not tunic length so if you want it to cover the booty with leggings, I would size up one. Size small (I'm 4ft 11" around 11lbs) was perfectly oversized for me with the drop shoulders which I love so it's not tight under the armpits. I love this and will order in more colors! I wish all of these colors had matching joggers though. Only some have matching pants.
