I don't know what kind of magic Walmart put in these, but they fit like a glove from the first try-on. The high-rise is actually high and the straight leg is flattering without being baggy. I bought these jeans because of the price and everyone seems to have this style. The fit was opposite of what I usually have a problem with (tight pants legs on the calves.) This pair is roomy enough in the legs but has a larger waist than I usually get with the size I ordered. I like the jeans most for the comfort. The style is popular and the price was great!
