Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply: after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating immediately after towel drying at least every 2 hours. Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m.–2 p.m.Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses children under 6 months of age: Ask a doctor. IMPORTANT: We always recommend a simple patch test. Apply a small amount of product on the arm, such as inside the elbow, and watch for a couple of days to see how the skin reacts. We also encourage our customers to consult their dermatologist or doctor if there are any concerns about allergies.

I originally bought this for my daughter, but use it for myself occasionally. This past weekend I was coaching a lacrosse tournament where I was in the sun for 6 hours straight. I originally only used the stick on the top of my shoulders as that's the only spot that usually burns. Well, I got sunburn everywhere else but where I applied this sunscreen😂 at least I know the product does its job and I feel extra at ease using this on my baby knowing it is protecting her
