OMRON 10 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor and Arm Cuff with AFib Detection for Home Use

I mean…you can tell a difference between this and the ones that cost half or less. Those cheaper ones are roughly in-step on accuracy against this one (which matches the Doctors office-I brought in and tested), but ease of use and battery life has thus far surpassed the cheap-O ones by 3x or more. The cuff is (more) substantial, more comfortable and somehow uses less air and is quicker about getting a reading. This is a situation where you pay more and actually get more for your money. I researched and the Omron brand is pretty much gold-standard for these devices. Had a couple months now, replaced a no-name Amazon buy w/ it and never looked back. Seems superior in every way, so if you CAN buy this level of quality, I recommend you do. The readings appear roughly the same, but that's where similarities end. Oh, and the off-brand one takes long enough to numb my arm a little, so that was a particularly nice thing about this one…it's maybe half the time under pressure and a bit more comfortable.
