Good product marred by poor packaging

The mats are fine. However, the packaging affected my ability to use them. The large placements were folded over several times and crammed into a small mailer. I've had them under a large container for almost a month, and the creases are still there. I think I'll need to steam the creases out before I can use these. I wasn't looking forward to having an extra job to do before I could use this product. They should roll these and send them in a mailing tube to avoid this issue.

This is a beautiful product so this really isnt a true review for the product itself. It was delivered in a tiny little package. It was all folded up to fit in this tiny little package...It has lived under 5 very heavy books and I still, month's later, cannot get the creases out enough for it to lay flat on a table...useless. However, I received a full refund from the seller, so 5 stars for the seller for making it right
