Almost as good as Beddar Cheddar hot dogs.

I'v e been a diehard fan of Beddar Chddar hot dogs for years, but these might give them a run for their money. I sliced them then put them on sourdough English muffins with fried eggs and Swiss cheese. Everything melts together into a hearty sandwich.

juicy and smokey with a nice snap to the casing

i prepared these on the air fryer setting of my counter tip oven and these sausages came out perfect. The casing has plenty of snap and the amount of lean to fat makes a nice juicy sausage. These sausages have a very very heavily smoked flavor so it was impossible to taste any other flavors in the variety I chose.
