It does seem to run a bit bigger than you might expect for size ordered, but since it's made with 100% cotton, a simple toss into a higher heat level in the dryer and it should shrink down to the size you expected. I have a hard time finding both Tall %26 XL combo (XLT) shirts, and when I do, the other shirts don't seem to be a "true" tall length shirt...
