Delicious %26 Nutritious

I'm a fan of anything with 20 grams of protein per serving! These taste as good as any bagel and aren't much different in the calorie %26 sodium department as many protein shakes. I do wish they had some more dietary fiber in them, but considering the average protein in most bagels, these allow you to eat something you might not have if you're watching your protein intake. A little more pricey then some other options, but decently prices for a higher protein food.
