The powders are delicious! They taste like Jolly Ranchers or Fun Dip! The product also started working within a few days (about 24 hours after) and was pretty gentle. My only complaint was pouring in a water bottle cold led to big clumps, and the only way I found to get no clumps in cold water was to slowly pour while stirring into a cup of water.
