Item boxes weigh too much. Limitations of mattress capacity (7" %26 27kg) not on the website. Tried to return to the closest store. Customer service sent me to a second store 30 minutes away. Second store refused to take product back and sent me home with 250 lbs of boxes that I can't get back upstairs to my apartment. Still in the back of my pickup with rain on the way.

Junk. Took forever to assemble (and I'm a handyman), and then the screws/bolts wouldn't line up with wall joists (instructions say to attach to a concrete wall, likely for this reason). Once I got it out together, the handle bent the first time I closed it, then I noticed the decorative panels were already coming off. After one use, one of the front panels fell off. The red flag should have been that the side boards that run floor to ceiling are two pieces screwed together—no way that is sturdy enough.

Good product, poor directions

I loved the product, but the instructions are terrible. Need to be improved upon for sure. I did it by myself and it took me 12 hours to put together. The bolts included to attach to wall were not good I had to purchase new ones to work as well as I bought this for a drywall home. Once together it is very nice.
