Great kit!

This kit came with everything needed for a beginner. The quality of the materials is good and I was able to start the kit right away after skimming through the instructions. I noticed a very small amount (a few really) of the beads were either misshapen or weren't punched out all the way. They give you a lot more extra beads than what's needed, so that helps alleviate that problem. I would definitely buy again and would also give as a gift.

Bought the DIAMOND DOTZ® Starry Night (Après Van Gogh) Special Edition for my wife as a gift, and somehow this turned out to be one of my smarter decisions. She absolutely loved it. At first, I thought it was just “paint by numbers with extra steps,” but apparently placing 47 million tiny shiny dots onto a canvas is both relaxing and deeply satisfying. Who knew? The final product actually looks amazing, and watching it slowly come together was pretty impressive. It also kept my wife happily occupied for hours, which honestly makes this one of the most cost-effective hobbies ever invented. The quality was great, the colors looked fantastic, and there were enough tiny gems spilled on the floor to permanently decorate the house. Our dogs may now technically qualify as artwork.
