Very pleased with this purchase. Microwave worked perfectly through the holiday. Helped prepared thanksgiving with it and heating up plates throughout the whole weekend no problems. We bought this unit to replace our old one. Small enough for it to fit next to a toaster. The only drawback is the door is tight as it should be and when you pull the handle without holding the unit your liable to pull the entire thing of the shelf.
