Comes with labels that are numerical or days of week. I am using it like a calendar. It makes taking and keeping track of medicine so much easier. I am able to make up a month supply at a time. It has the little pouch to carry a 1 week supply of medicine. Compartments are a good size and lids are easy to open and close. It came with a tool to help in case your fingers are sore or weak. Plus there are four slots for medicine. The case is sturdy and it is not built cheap. The price was perfect. Worth every penny. Very pleased with this purchase.

If you have a lot of medications, to take at different times of the day (up to 4 separate compartments), this is for you. It comes with days of the week stickers or a full month's worth of numbers. I used the numbers because I needed to match with the date to know when and if I had taken certain medications. It also comes with a chinsy pill cutter. It works, but I can't really show you how because most of the time, I am not doing it correctly. but I have snapping pills in half successfully! It also comes with a tinier, unpadded travel case that I don't use but I can see how that would be useful if you're going somewhere for more than a few days.
