Oh yeah, this has been my best choice, even family members love it. I purchased it for my mom, she's legally blind and it's more easy-to-use, she's very excited. Although, I had to put some color on the dots of each button, so she would be able to see whichever menu: Air Fryer, Toaster, etc. Everything is fine with this Oven- Convection 5 in 1 .... etc.

Read the instructions, great little oven

The short of it: -It's a mini oven and operates as such. -Very nice size and not heavy. If you don't know what 19 quarts is, figure it out before buying and complaing about the size in the reviews. -The dials are small b/c the unit is small, so the reviews about the small dials and markings, not sure what they expected. Pictures are pretty clear what you're getting. -Be sure to search the box and the inside of the oven before deciding you are missing pieces and *before* turning the oven on. The crumb tray is small, was in a tan paper wrap at the bottom of the oven, and can easily be mistaken for trash or not noticed before turning the oven on. -It's a new oven with new heating coils. It will give off a smell the first few times. All heating type apparatus do (appliances, car heaters, furnace) when you turn it on the first time each year. The reviews regarding this make me wonder if those people are new to earth. -*Read the instructions.* Yes, it's a little oven and is easy to operate, but the simple instructions outline how many coils on the top/bottom are used in each setting and where to place the baking or wire racks to avoid burning/undercooking/overcooking. Too close to the top or bottom coils and you are burning once side of your bread and the other side will still be lukewarm with no toasting. Some mentioned this "issue" for them...it's not an issue if you read the instructions. I made Ezekial toast on 350 for 8 minutes it was toasted just fine...because...I read the instructions. Test it out to see what works for you. -The oven does not turn on unless you turn the timer on, even if you select a temp. Conversely, when the timer goes off, the oven turns off. -It's a great little gadget that took the place of my toaster, microwave (which I stopped using a while ago due to the radiation heat), and larger oven (for smaller portions.) -Once again, read the instructions.
