A, XXL in America would fit a 120 lbs person. Should be a 14, 16 but is more like a 4, 6. and there is not much stretch. Now the Print is nice, and the soft plush inside is minor but nice. I added stretchy jean material to the sides and they turned out nice for my mom. So they were not wasted. I didn't cry about the disappointing size because of the great price. SO BE AWARE, they run very very very small. But they are great for a project.
