Bought the controller a few days ago and was extremely disappointed. I played with it for not even a few minutes when I noticed my camera angle looking upwards. So I went to update and calibrate it and was met with the worst case of stick drift I’ve ever seen. GET THE WARRANTY!

While the delivery guy was extremely distracted by the conversation he was having with the the woman on the phone (and didn’t appear to speak English when I repeatedly attempted to get his attention to give me my item); my overall impression of the item was exceptional. Gets the job done xbox has wireless patent that doesn’t allow unlicensed manufacturers to use there wireless connection software leading to all third party controllers being a pain to use on pc constant disconnects pairing issues etc thats why i just chose thiss over alll those fancy hall effect and back buttons
