Haven't had the chance to hit water yet, because Saudi alfalfa fields, AI data centers, and golf courses have taken all the water in AZ. I did get a chance to pump it up, extend the paddle, and put the fins on. I gotta say, for $130 shipped to my door, I was not expecting much. This thing, however, is very solid and large. I would feel comfortable strapping a medium cooler to the back, camping gear to the front, and heading out with my dog and cats to an island to live out the remainder of my days on an island in a lake on an island in a lake on an island in the ocean. The fins even have a clever clip in mechanism that feels sturdy and will not pop out on their own. Even the paddle doesn't feel flimsy like the ones that came with my $1200 kayak. Everything stows away nicely in a backpack style bag that has plenty of room for your water, life jacket, sunscreen, etc. The soft, supple, yet firm skin of this board is magnificent. I don't foresee any dog or human nails getting through. The welds all look great and are reinforced where needed. The action cam mount and two 1/4" threaded inserts are an excellent touch. I'm blown away with the quality of this very inexpensive paddle board and will update this review if our tech billionaire overlords give me just a trickle like they've been promising since the 80s. Invest in an air pump unless you're Johnny Bravo.
