The only issue I have with this would be the arm part of the suit. They should label this as 30, 40 and 50 lbs. My grand daughter is 28 lbs and the arm part falls off of her while in the pool. I purchased because this suit was the only type the supported her weight size which said 20lbs to 50lbs. Other than that, it is a great supported while learning to swim suit.
