Very easy to put together. Easily adjusted to the height needed. Does not include the clip to hold the microphone on but I found one on e-bay for $1.89. My daughter loves it and we are all satisfied with it. Recommend to others, just make sure you purchase a universal clip with 5/8" threading to go on top.
