Thrift Marketing T-100 Drain Cleaner 1 lbs

I have a plastic 2” A/C condensation drain pipe buried in the basement concrete floor that was clogged. It overflowed and ruined some of the laminate flooring before it was discovered. Liquid drain cleaners were ineffective so I tried using a household drain snake that the hardware store sells, 25 feet long, and ran that all the way through three times. Drain pipe still wouldn't flow when water was slowly poured in. The first time I tried the Thrift drain cleaner and poured in a cup of boiling water I could hear the fizzling close to the pipe opening which indicated the clog was near the opening. When I poured in a teakettle full of boiling water after a minute, all of it, every drop, flowed right through! This drain cleaner cleared the clogged pipe the first time. Just to be sure, I did it a second and a third time, even though it probably wasn't necessary. Now I keep a bottle of this on hand and will use it every three months or so to keep the pipe clear. The plumbing guy at the hardware store told me most drain cleaners work on hair and grease but the condensation pipe was probably clogged with calcium. He recommended a plumber but that would have cost well over a hundred dollars. This stuff worked like a charm and saved me big bucks!
