These Merino Wool socks are so comfy and cozy and warm! There is what seems like a fleece lining inside which makes them extra cozy. In the picture, I rolled down the sock on my right foot a little so you can see the lining. These fit true to size, come up to about mid-calf, and won't slide down your leg.

Very plush and hold up after many washes

This is my second set. These socks are quite thick, comfortable, and warm. They fit well. Washed in a lingerie bag on cold and line dried, they are like new after multiple washes. With footwear only coming in full sizes more often now, I often use thicker socks to get a better fit. These socks are the thickest I've come across. If you are used to wearing a more fitted footwear, these may not work for you. I've found that these socks work great with my fleece lined shoes, boots, Crocs, and slippers which are already a half size big when new and loosen more as the fleece compacts down. My Ugg boots and slippers in particular, are comfortable and warm again with these plush socks.
