I Feel more refreshed

I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and I seem to like it. I feel a little more refreshed a little stronger. I'm not sure if this is what's doing it but at, I'm not changed anything else. I spoke with my doctor before starting this and he told me it would be a good idea. We look forward to continue with this.

Non-Stinky Supplements

It's hard to write a review for vitamins and supplements after only taking them for a month or so, but I can give you a little info... First and foremost, I'm so happy that they don't STINK! You know the smell I'm talking about. These don't smell, nor do they taste terrible. I mean, obviously it doesn't taste like a Skittle, but it doesn't leave any funk in my mouth at all. And speaking of funk, there are no burps or anything, either, so no 'leftover' flavor at the back of my throat. Also, I haven't noticed a change in the color of my urine, so either iron doesn't give you that 'bright yellow' if it doesn't totally absorb, or that's just from multivitamins. Oh, and they're small, maybe the size of an Advil tablet; very easy to swallow! I'm impressed with these and will continue to take.

Good source of iron

I like this iron tablet. It's a little bigger than the last ones I was on but it makes me feel better. I think the last ones upset my stomach and made me constipated. These don't do that. I also believe I have more energy on these and they help with my borderline anemia. It's nice to see the inclusion of vitamin C to help my body absorb the iron better. Maybe that's why these seem to work better for me.
