waiting on response to reported damage/flaw

When I opened the box, I noticed that the hanging hardware was missing. I reported that and was told that hardware has been ordered. When I was started unpacking the frame, I noticed that there was a sizable chunk of wood was missing from the inside edge of the frame. I reported this with a photo but have not received a response.
