California Sun Dry, Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Oil with Herbs, Julienne Cut, 8 oz Jar

I really enjoy these. They have a rich tomato flavor that works very well in pasta. I imagine they would taste great in sandwiches or dips as well. The texture of these are very nice. They don't get as tough and chewy as some brands do. They are relatively easy to dice up. The oil in the container is great for cooking with separately. There is just under a cup of tomatoes without the oil per bottle of this size. They last well, taste good, and are useful.

I have purchased these sun dried tomatoes so many times. I always like to have them in the pantry for Greek omelets, pasta salads, homemade pizza, chicken and goat cheese bake and on and on. They add such a delicious, acidic and tart bite to anything. The opened jar will last quite a long time in the fridge. I usually take out individual pieces and drain on a paper towel before using. So convenient to use.
