Rollator Walker City

I was excited to receive this walker, but that excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The wheels don't roll well in my yard, often getting stuck in even the smallest dips, causing the walker to tip forward. Crossing a driveway is also a struggle, as the front wheels catch on gravel, leading to the same issue. If the wheels were inflatable, they might perform better, but their hardness makes even basic outdoor use difficult. One of the rear wheels also had a slight indentation, though that wasn't the main problem—the front wheels catching so much was the real issue. While the overall build quality is excellent (5 stars), the wheels are a major flaw (1 star), making this walker a frustrating experience. Very disappointed!
