Purchased and it was delivered in two days. Has worked well. load ice or bottled water as you choose. I load with four bottles of half liter of frozen water, and it runs for six hours easily.

Great Home Therapy Cooling Aid
I recently underwent knee replacement %26 purchased the ice machine to control pain %26 swelling during my recovery. The machine has been all I hoped for: lightweight %26 easy to use, eliminates the need to constantly refill ice bags (we use a reusable "block" of ice made from various sizes of frozen bottles of water to chill the machine's water) , with an adjustable timer that keeps track of the appropriate length to ice %26 a comfy ajustable wrap for the affected limb. I highly recommend this product for anyone having knee replacement.

Icy Cold Therapy for Knee pain
Very easy to set up and use. I recommend using frozen water bottles placed in water instead of ice in water, Great device t help reduce swelling and ease pain. Better than an ice bag since it delivers icy cold all all around the swollen area. Easy to fill and use. Virtually silent in operation. A good buy for the money and it does what it promises to do.
