i went through probably 6 different pillows before i found this one. the back part zips off and i use it if i want extra cushion sitting up in bed. absolutely LOVE and absolutely recommend. I will add it might not be quite enough cushion for someone pregnant as I got this because of a shoulder injury and couldn't sleep.

This is my 2nd time buying this pillow. I purchased my 1st one 6-7 years ago. I have fibromyalgia %26 getting a full restful nights sleep was close to impossible most nights until I started using it. After noticing this particular brand was getting harder to find I snagged a second one. I've been recommending these Pharmadoc pillows to everyone I know who is pregnant %26/or has trouble getting restful comfortable sleep at night. When hubby asked me to get him a new bed pillow, I got him one of their cooling memory foam pillows. He was so happily impressed with it that I replaced all the bed pillows in my home with them. Best pillows ever!
