This towel is soft and seems to be well made. Not extra thick but thick enough, that may be so it dries faster. I bought another towel at the same time from a high end competitor and they are identical except the high end competitor was 4 or 5 dollars more.

Great quality - thick, plush, and really absorbent

My college-age daughter had a friend who bought these towels and loved them, so when she (my daughter) and her little sister needed new towels for their bathroom at home, she asked me to get these. They are fantastic quality - thick, soft, and absorbent. The color is just like the images online. They also wash well, and came out of the dryer looking just as fluffy as before.
