I think that this toothbrush cleans my teeth better than the manual one. The round head seems to focus, so to speak, on one tooth at a time and not to pester the gums in the bargain. I have noticed that if I press too hard the toothbrush stops. This is a feature, the instructions tell me, and I believe them, but it can make it a little hard to clean places in the back of a small mouth. Of course, they do make child sizes, and this is an adult size. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

The Oral-B toothbrushes are great, but getting this order fulfilled was unnecessarily frustrating. I went through multiple cancellations and repeated order issues before the toothbrushes finally arrived. I'm very happy to have received the correct product at last, but a simple purchase should not require this much persistence from the customer. Walmart really needs to improve inventory accuracy and order fulfillment so customers are not repeatedly told an item is available only to have the order canceled or changed afterward. After everything that happened, I hope Walmart reviews this experience and considers making it right for the inconvenience. Product: excellent. Fulfillment experience: exhausting.
