Not overalls, they shipped pants.

The title says high rise snow bibs and the photo is a person wearing snow bibs. I received snow pants. Nothing above the waist. We didn't want pants, we needed and wanted bib overalls. They delivered them within a few hours of my order directly from the store. Not sure why they didn't just ship the item I ordered. We didn't want pants... I didn't list an option for a substitution. If you want pants only, this is for you. Otherwise, keep shopping!

This is not how a professional company operates

I ordered a men's bib size XL and received men's pants size 3XL instead. I placed another order for two bibs (sizes L and XL) — and AGAIN received another pair of pants, size 3XL. To make matters worse, the item arrived with no packaging whatsoever — no box, no bag, nothing. Just a pair of pants lying loose. This is not just poor service — it's careless, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. Two wrong orders in a row is unacceptable.
