Could not be happier

I wanted this countertop water crock very badly but the reviews were mixed. I received mine and put the base together easily without problems. I got me a 5 gallon bottle for it turned it over and no leaks the spout is very good and does not leak at all not a drop or a drip nothing. On top of everything else I bought it on sale and they included coupons for a free 5 gallon water bottle and a free refill . I am 100 % happy with my purchase that came right away and was packed very well

So Far it's Great!

It functions exactly as we hoped. We chose to use it with a Vitapur water filter unit. (Also available through Walmart) The screws didn't completely screw into the base so I cut a circle out of an old yoga mat to avoid having them crack the ceramic crock. It also made it slip proof. I also tightened up the spout from inside. Had I not tightened it I believe it may have leaked. The water filtration unit fit and functions perfectly and filters tap water. It looks great.
