I always clean my clipper with Cool Care.

I have been cutting my husband's hair with a clipper and several guide combs for years. After I'm done, I spray the clipper with Cool Care to get the clipper clean and also to keep it from rusting. I never would have believed that hair clipper blades would rust... but I had one on a closet shelf (not in a plastic bag but just out in the open) and when I went back to get it about 3 years later the blades were all rusted.
