I love Avenue clothing. I have for many years. I have recently lost about 45 pounds so I needed to go down a size in Jeans, I purchased new Butter denim Jeans and a pair of leggings. Because I know these items are good quality and will fit, I have no issue ordering them online. The one thing I do miss dearly are your brick and mortar stores. It's difficult for plus sized customers to find quality clothing we can buy off the rack. That was one thing I really appreciated when you still had actual stores.

I paid for Avenue items/order but I never received it! So sad and disappointed! Avenue Care Team says UPS courier lost package. However, UPS courier says they never received the package to ship to me. Order still pending but Avenue website says order is complete? Now Avenue Care Team says the will reprocess the order. So I hope I receive package soon with my paid items. I can rate them at that time. Hopefully soon!
