Perfect solution for a small bathroom in an older house where there was no room for an in-wall model of a paper holder. This did the trick, and I'm quite happy with it. Nice weight in the bottom to keep it from tipping, good height, extra paper rolls can be stored on the pole. Nice stainless steel, also, so it won't rust. So glad Walmart had it!

Hard to rate this item as the base was dented when we received it. It looks like it would serve its purpose, and was relatively inexpensive. Not always a fan of Walmart's return policy since you have to re-box item for return. But didn't have to re-box this, so five stars for the return process on this one anyway!
