Full motion mount.

It is alittle heavy obviously. The hard part is hooking it on the mount. The rest was fairly easy. Just alot of arm work, with the screws and bolts. It pulls out nice. Moves back and forth quite nicely too. It does take awhile to break in the motion back %26 forth part. pulling it out and positioning the tv.
