Purofort: It is Dunlop Protective Footwear policy to replace any product deemed to have a manufacturing defect by Dunlop protective footwear at no cost to the Customer within 12 months of original purchase from Dunlop Protective Footwear. Dunlop Protective Footwear warranty sets forth the limit of Dunlop Protective Footwear responsibility. What is covered: -- Defects in materials and workmanship What is NOT covered: · Misuse because of cutting obstacles (barbwire) or excessive kicking/abrasion · Damage caused by improper cleaning of boot (water & ventilation) · Boot is not worn out or too old · Wear and tear or exposure to environments not recommended for the product. · Damage due to lack of maintenance (cleaning / conditioning).
