first of all shipping was delayed for whatever reason when it finally got here the outside packaging was perfect and then I opened it the box that the boots came in were completely destroyed there's no possible way I can even salvage the shoe box so I can give these Boots as a gift and it appears to me that the toes are already creased. the boots are super cute and they look well made they were for my daughter but like I said the box was destroyed there's no way this was a new item and I am thoroughly disgusted and unhappy
