I've been taking both the Citrate and Glycinate for years. I like these because the 250mg is delivered by a 2-capsule dose. So I can control the doses better by only taking 1 cap for 125mg when preferred. The capsules are large, but easy to swallow due to the coating. This brand is also USP certified.
