- Application Instructions (HOME IRON): 1. Set iron dial between Wool and Cotton 2. Cover design with a cover sheet (Teflon Sheet) 3. Place on a flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended) 4. Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron) 5. Press each section of the design for 10-15 seconds, apply design at 305 °F 6. If the area of design lift after application, apply cover sheet and repress for 10-15 seconds 7. Peel carrier cold 8. Cover completed design and press for 5-10 seconds
- Washing Instructions: 1.Turn the garment inside out. 2.Machine wash COLD with mild detergent. 3.NO bleach. 4.Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. 5.Do not dry clean. 6.Instructions apply to the material only, please follow garment washing instructions as well.

Application Instructions (HEAT Press)
1. Set heat press to 300°F-320°F
2. Pre-heat the garment with medium pressure for 2-3 seconds
3. Apply for transfer as instructed above on garment and cover with a Teflon Sheet
4. Apply medium pressure to the garment for 10-15 seconds
5. Allow the transfer to cool for 45 seconds before peeling off the clear carrier sheet

I use this with my cricut joy (with or without mat will work.) you will need to do a smidge more work to cut the sheet to the correct loading size, but definitely worth the extra effort!!!
